We are not equipped to perform:
-Chandelier Cleaning
-Cleaning of mold, bodily fluids, vomit, pet waste, mouse droppings, etc.
-Areas higher than the 2nd step of a step ladder
-Cleaning dishes
-Cleaning the home exterior
-High levels of trash or clutter
-Cleaning when other contractors are present
-Use of homemade cleaning products
No! If you would prefer, you can take a video tour of your home and include any specific details pertaining to your needs. Email the video to Rachel@cleanandcozyhomecleaning.com,(mailto:Rachel@cleanandcozyhomecleaning.com) a quote will be provided the same day! (To ensure an accurate quote please provide a quality video)
If you need to cancel or reschedule please call or email us within 24 hours!
(There is not a charge for cancels/reschedules made within 24 hours. If you do not respond on the day of your service, a $50 no-show charge will be added to your quote if you decide to use us in the future.)

To ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service possible, we kindly request that you prepare for our arrival by putting away any items that could obstruct us from cleaning, such as; loose papers, toys, dishes, and other objects.
The following amenities are required:
-Running hot water
-Electricity
Please leave us the access code or location of hidden key to enter the property if you are not available.
Payment must be made in full before services will be started. You can pay ahead of time online or leave check/cash in the home on day of service.
